上海淞江减震器集团有限公司介绍：2018年橡胶弹性接头性能检测报告结果信息，本报告主要检测了：淞江集团橡胶接头的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、低温脆性、橡胶与织物粘合强度、热空气老化、拉伸强度变化率、拉断伸长率变化率、耐夜体、拉伸强度变化率项目。
检测单位：本次由上海橡胶制品研究所检测中心（上海华谊检验检测技术有限公司）全面性检测。
检测依据：GB/T1690-2010《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶耐夜体试验方法》；GB/T3512-2014《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶热空气加速老化和耐热试验》；GB/T528-2009《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶拉伸应力应变性能的测定》。
检测结果：合格（详见附件）。
Shanghai Songjiang shock absorber Group Co., Ltd. introduces the results of rubber elastic joint performance test report in 2018. This report mainly tests the tensile strength, elongation at break, low temperature brittleness, adhesive strength between rubber and fabric, hot air aging, tensile strength change rate, elongation at break change rate, night resistant body and tensile strength change rate of Songjiang rubber joint.
Testing unit: the testing center of Shanghai Rubber Products Research Institute (Shanghai Huayi Testing Technology Co., Ltd.) conducted a comprehensive test.
Test basis: GB / t1690-2010 test method for night resistance of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber; GB / t3512-2014 accelerated aging and heat resistance test of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber in hot air; GB / t528-2009 determination of tensile stress-strain properties of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber.
